Moving toward 24x7 Carbon-Free Energy at Google Data Centers: Progress and Insights

This paper shares initial details on our 24x7 carbon-free energy efforts, including a framework for evaluating how well a given data center is matched with regional 24x7 carbon-free energy; examples of Google’s progress on carbon-free energy at a representative selection of data center campuses; and insights that can guide our journey toward 24x7 carbon-free energy.
